What kinds of videos work best?

Screen recordings, product walkthroughs, training sessions and meeting recordings with spoken narration. Most common formats (MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM) and audio-only files (MP3, WAV, M4A) are supported.

Can I import directly from Zoom, Loom or Fathom?

Yes. Paste a public share link on the home page - or connect your account under Account → Connected sources to browse and import private recordings.

How does the AI pick screenshots?

It extracts candidate frames at every meaningful screen change, then a vision model examines the frames inside each step's time window and picks the one that best illustrates the action being described.

What do I get out?

A structured guide with a title, overview, prerequisites, and ordered steps - each with its time range and a matched screenshot. Export as Markdown or standalone HTML. Your source video stays stored in your account.

How long does a conversion take?

Roughly half the video's runtime on typical hardware - a 10-minute recording usually finishes in about 5 minutes. We'll email you when it's done.

Do you store my videos?

Yes - your source files and generated guides stay in your private account so you can re-download them anytime. You can delete any conversion (files and guide) from your account page.

What happens if a conversion fails?

Credits and subscription usage are automatically refunded when a job fails.

Can I get a refund?
