What we collect

• Account data - your email address and a hashed password.
• Content you upload - videos, subtitle files, and the transcripts, screenshots and guides generated from them.
• Usage data - conversion counts needed to enforce plan limits.
• Payment data - handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: processing your videos, storing your files, sending transactional email (confirmations, password resets, job notifications), and billing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train models.

Where it's stored

Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage; account and job metadata in an encrypted database on our servers. All traffic is encrypted with TLS.

Third parties

• Stripe - payments
• Cloudflare - file storage
• Our AI model provider - transcript structuring and screenshot selection (content is sent only to produce your guide, not retained for training)

Your controls

Delete any conversion (source video + guide) from your account page, or contact us to delete your account and all associated data.
