Terms of service
Last updated: August 2026
The service
video2doc converts video and audio recordings into structured documentation. You pay per conversion (credits) or via a subscription with a periodic video allowance.
Your content
You retain all rights to the videos you upload and the guides generated from them. You grant us only the limited right to process them in order to provide the service. You must have the right to upload any content you send us.
Accounts
Keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Payments, credits and refunds
- Credits are consumed when a conversion starts and are refunded automatically if it fails.
- Subscription allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
- Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no reselling of conversions without our written consent.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is". Generated documentation should be reviewed before publication - AI output can contain mistakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
