The service

video2doc converts video and audio recordings into structured documentation. You pay per conversion (credits) or via a subscription with a periodic video allowance.

Your content

You retain all rights to the videos you upload and the guides generated from them. You grant us only the limited right to process them in order to provide the service. You must have the right to upload any content you send us.

Accounts

Keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Payments, credits and refunds

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no reselling of conversions without our written consent.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is". Generated documentation should be reviewed before publication - AI output can contain mistakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
